We'll have two in-person training sessions per week at the gym (60-minute sessions). Your program includes a package of 24 sessions, typically spread over 12 weeks. However, the real magic happens with the comprehensive plan I create in our app. If you're able and want to train more, I'll add extra workouts to the app that you can do on your own. I'll monitor your progress through the app, check your form via video exercises, and track all your results. This approach ensures you get maximum results whether you're with me or training independently.
